Building a more human future
for real estate and place.
HUMĀNIKA GROUP™ was created around a simple conviction: the places we build should contribute more meaningfully to the lives of the people and ecosystems they affect.
Two complementary bodies of work,
one integrated platform.
HUMĀNIKA GROUP brings together two complementary bodies of work: Samantha Arroyo Curiel's vision for integrated Human Flourishing Ecosystems™ and Janera Soerel's work connecting human-centered development with measurable real estate value through H-ROI™. Together, they are building a platform that helps translate the ambition of human flourishing into development strategy, real-world pilots and evidence.
Samantha Arroyo Curiel
Samantha brings a systems perspective to development—shaped by years of working across regenerative communities, ecology, hospitality and integrated design. She is the originator of the Human Flourishing Ecosystems™ framework and the vision behind The Nest of Humanity, HUMĀNIKA GROUP's first pilot in Los Cabos, Mexico. Her role is to hold the whole—translating the conditions for human, social and ecological flourishing into coherent development strategy, and ensuring the projects HUMĀNIKA GROUP supports are grounded in place, community and the systems that make regeneration possible over time.
Janera Soerel
Janera brings the developer and investor perspective. Her work sits at the intersection of wellness real estate strategy, hospitality, international market development and long-term asset value—and she has spent years building relationships across the organizations that decide how places actually get built. She is the originator of H-ROI™ (Human Return on Investment), the measurement layer that translates human outcomes into a language capital markets can act on. Her role in HUMĀNIKA GROUP is to make the business case: connecting human flourishing to differentiation, demand, performance and enduring value.
What we hold to be true.
Places should expand people's capacity to live healthy, connected and meaningful lives.
Human outcomes are shaped by the relationships between physical, social, ecological and economic systems.
Every ecosystem must emerge from its people, culture, landscape and context.
What we seek to create should be translated into evidence, learning and accountability.
The strongest projects create benefits that deepen over time—for people, investors, communities and nature.
Great places are not defined only by what they contain. They are defined by what they enable people to become.
Work with HUMĀNIKA GROUP.
We are building the intelligence, partnerships and living evidence required to create a more human generation of places.
